Well, quite a few of them are "pay per click" ads. if you clicked on one, some one got paid anywhere from $.50 to $1200.00! (depending on how many followers). 200 follower minimum.
You bid your own price. I'm worth $6.60 a tweet, but I only charge $.75 a tweet.I may be under bidding myself, so I have been slowly raising my price.I've since raised to $.80. I get pleny of offers every day.
You choose what price for 1 tweet, and you approve the ad before posting. In the beginning,it's only a very small income,but the objective is to have 5 to 10 different twitter accounts doing this, and the 2 or 3 twitter accounts that only promote the "program" so you build up a group of people under you posting ads for cash. You get 20% of your downlines earnings! Even better, your other Twitter accounts can be you first refferals!! You will make a commission off your own twitter accounts!!
Of coures it would be a task to handle all those twitter accounts, so the solution is to use an automated program (free).
